'Night Lights' detail

THE PHOTO:
What do you do when you wake up for no reason at 4 in the morning and can't get back to sleep? Well, if you're me, you grab the camera and tripod and go for a wander.

Docklands is great at this time of the morning - I felt as if I had the city to myself.

This was a shot of the recently built, and as far as I can tell, unnamed (and unmapped) footbridge that links Docklands and the Melbourne Convention Center.

POST PROCESSING:
Lens correction, USM, Black and White conversion (maximum white), Crop.

    Beautiful future-ish symmetrical subject here. It almost looks as if this was taken with a fish-eye or tilt lens? Also, was it taken at eye-level?

    @Justin – no, just my Tokina 12-24mm wide angle lens at a low level which I think creates the distortion.
