Grand Chateau
THE PHOTO:
The Grand Chateau (now called the Bayview Grand Chateau – ick) on Mt Ruapehu (recently in the news for a little trickle of a lahar). This one taken in July 2004 using my old Minolta A1. If you look closely you can see a couple walking in the frame above the signature.
POST-PROCESSING:
I don’t know what it is, but I am struggling with post-processing lately and the more I work on an image the darker it becomes. I decided to keep the noise/grain as apposed to my normal method of noise reduction. Outlining processing on this one is better done by sharing the original (to which I wouldn’t be surprised if people preferred):
