Milford Sound
THE PHOTO:
I linked to the Wikipedia article on Milford Sound in my last shot (of a seal snoozing), but this is the more iconic view from the head of the fjord where the sightseeing cruises depart, with the majestic Mitre Peak in the center. Unfortunately, my shot doesn’t give justice to the splendor of the area (oh, for a wide-angle lens!).
