Tony and Tess

This portrait of Tony and his dog Tess was taken last year for a photographic challenge. I have included it today because I have just heard that Tess was struck by a car earlier today. Tony certainly doesn’t need any more drama in his life after the recent loss of his father, so here’s hoping for the best for Tess.
UPDATE:
Sadly, Tess didn’t survive her injuries. Myself and my dog Akira will miss playing with her and my sympathies go out to Tony.
