Admittedly there is a crap lot of potatoshop stuff going on here as well, like: crop, straighten (lens correction), duplicate layer (gaussian blur overlay), shadow/highlight adjustment, 55mm Filters (ND Grad and Roscoe Calcolor), sharpen (focal blade) and noise reduction.
