White in a Sea of Red

White in a Sea of Red

THE PHOTO:
Nothing depicts how quintessentially Italian flavored the buildings in Italy, and here in Venice, are from they way the red clay roofing tiles are. They are as ubiquitous as the shuttered windows. In this shot, the sea of red is only broken by the white facade of a church.

POST-PROCESSING:
Lens Correction, Crop, USM, Curves.

I am going to start trialling Geo-Tagging my entries (including the archives as and when I get time). Look for the details of the location the photo was taken in the detail version of the image.
