Intersect

THE PHOTO:
I don’t know if I like this one myself, but I like elements of it. It’s a tightly cropped shot of dew drops on a spider’s web (see earlier) where the drops are beyond the DOF.

THE LENS:
Sigma 150mm f/2.8 EX APO Macro EX DG HSM

POST-PROCESSING:
Crop (about 1/4), Auto Levels, Duplicate layer with Gaussian Blur set to overlay blend at 60% opacity. And yes, I know there are some ‘imperfections’ in there on the edges of the drops, but I intentionally left them in there.
