Larg’s Pier

THE PHOTO:
Taken from Larg’s Bay in South Australia, the pier is correctly known as “Larg’s Jetty”. A beautiful spot, rich in history.

This is the first photo that uses the “PowerXND2000” variable neutral density filter from Aurora Aperture – one of the few items that I’ve backed on Kickstarter over the years. I don’t recall the exact ND setting, but given the slow shutter speed, and light at the time, it was close to 8 stops.

POST-PROCESSING:
Horizon straighten, crop, levels/curves.
