Murky Sentinels

A oldie from the archives – this one from 2004 at the Ohakuri Power Station, north of Taupo, on a very, very early morning photo-shoot.
POST-PROCESSING:
The original was saved as a TIF, and was very dark with not much detail, so the use of curves and layers blended with each other, were used to bring out the detail. This introduced a large amount of noise, so noise reduction, Gaussian blur and such were used to remedy that. Add my ubiquitous vignette and a small amount of desaturation and you’re done.
