Saintly Altar

Hi folks, i’m returning to regular posting after my three week trip to Italy and Luxembourg, and the subsequent week spent mourning for the sudden loss of my mother. I will try and mix up the ‘touristy’ shots so you don’t get sick of pretty buildings…

THE PHOTO:
One of the many altars in the Il Duomo in Milan, Italy. Needless to say, one stunning cathedral. One of the only HDR images that turned out from this visit (always use tripods for HDR!).

POST-PROCESSING:
Um, lots obviously, mostly levels, curves and dodge/burn. HDR generated from three JPGs at 1 stop apart in Photomatix.

    EXIF:

  • Aperture: ƒ/4
  • Camera: NIKON D70
  • Focal length: 12mm
