The Fields

The Fields

Of the last 3 trips I have taken to Asia, one of the more ubiquitous scenes you can guarantee when looking out of a train window is a worker tending a rice-paddy. With Vietnam now one of the more productive “bread-baskets” (rice-baskets) of south-east Asia, this scene is now a standard.

Rotate, Sharpen, Levels (mask), Curves (mask), Crop.

P.S. The image is intentionally “dark”.

Note: The map reference is completely incorrect because I have no idea where I was when I took this shot.
